About Me

My name is Stacey. I am an artist and have been a cooking enthusiast since my early teens. I am fascinated by the types of food and recipes eaten by peasant people from all over the world - past to present. I'm reading and researching indigenous foods and how they were prepared by peasant people. With the push today toward more healthy eating, peasant meals are resurfacing and appearing on menus in restaurants of all calibers. Here I share with you the results of my experiments and research as I explore recipes of the peasant people from all corners of the earth.
